I've been an employee of Home Care Assistance for about 2 & 1/2 years. This has been a very good and stable agency to work for. I have had fairly stable work for this entire time frame. What you give is what you get. If you do a good job and make yourself available and help out by pulling extra hours in times of emergency, they reward hard work and loyalty by ensuring you get your 40 hours a week, as best they can.

Management is supportive and available to assist when ever needed. Cheri, the supervisor, is available for any problem or complication that arises and I truly appreciate her support. She is personable and understanding and a true leader within the agency. Reilly, the office manager, has been very helpful and kind as well when needing to address particular issues outside of my direct supervisor's role.
